We understand it’s a pain you can’t use things like paypal at checkout, and we’re doing what we can to provide some different checkout methods as fast as we can.
In the mean time, our payment partner, CCBill, allows you to pay with most any kind of credit card!
The process should go smoothly once you enter your billing/shipping information and email and click “Checkout securely with CCBill” at the checkout screen,
But we all know sometimes even the most normal everyday things don’t work exactly the way they should for one reason or another.
If you’re having issues at checkout, here’s a helpful way to relay those issues to the right people who can help:
If your issues occur before you hit “Checkout Securely via CCBill”:
Please contact us at vivid@vividpub.com (or our contact form) and provide us with the following;
- What type of device you’re using.
- What browser you’re using.
- Any extentions you may have on the browser.
- What OS your device uses.
- (Optional) A screenshot of your checkout screen.
If youre issue occurs after you hit “Checkout Securely via CCBill”:
Please contact CCBill directly via their website (they may have a support link at the bottom of their payment portal page) and provide them with the following:
- What type of device you’re using.
- What browser you’re using.
- Any extentions you may have on the browser.
- What OS your device uses.
- The IPv4 address you’re attempting to check out from, which you can obtain easily by clicking here.
